Image Retoucher

Prodoto is one of the UK's largest and most innovative photography studios, experts in fashion photography, room sets, food and product photography and the number one choice for business decision makers across the UK.

Our studio boasts 28,000 sq ft of purpose-built space, with a large number of permanent staff including photographers, retouchers and project managers.

We are now recruiting for experienced ecommerce Image retouchers to join our Post Production team to be employed on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for skilled Mac workers to develop within our business, working with big brands and producing a varied range of incredible imagery.

About You:

You will have excellent Photoshop knowledge and experience within a modern, dynamic and creative workplace.

The role will include the manipulation and finishing of photographs and artwork by use of Photoshop and other applicable software.

Experience of 'invisible mannequin' is essential for this role.

Working to deadlines within our growing post production team and reporting directly to the Post Production Manager, you will be competent and responsible in the following:

Image Retouching/enhancing /manipulation

Creating Invisible Mannequin Images

Clipping paths

Image clean-up

Colour correction

Resizing

Image naming

Creating Photoshop actions

Ensuring that daily targets are met and reported

Experience of video editing would also be an advantage.

Salary Dependent on Experience

Account Manager

We are looking for a well organised and highly skilled person to lead our Production Team. Taking responsibility for running the studio schedules and managing the team, along with looking after some of our most high-profile clients.

This will be a challenging and varied role encompassing every aspect of team leadership, client management and photographic production.

Often the first point of contact for the Studio, you will have engaging interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with clients of all levels.

An excellent written and verbal communicator, you should have the ability to maintain the highest level of customer service, developing a close working relationship with your client portfolio and internal teams.

You will need a flexible approach, a proven ability to creatively solve problems and be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Working closely with the studio Management Team you will communicate upcoming projects and their associated requirements, ensuring that all resources are in place to deliver work on time, and on budget. Familiarity with scheduling work across a large team and understanding workflows to meet client deadlines is key.

For your client portfolio you will be co-ordinating projects from start to finish across photographic & video shoots. From quoting, pre-production, internal team and client liaison, through to delivery.

A right first-time mentality is essential, along with close attention to detail at every stage and a clear sense of logistics and commercial prioritisation.

You should be highly numerate, IT and tech savvy, with strong technical skills across the board including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs. You will also be using our bespoke studio management system.

Ideally you will have an understanding of commercial photography and video production services, but this is not essential.

Working under the guidance of the Head of Production, and in close communication with the studio Senior Management Team, you will be key in maintaining the public face of Prodoto.

Commercial Photographer


We are looking for a mid-level photographer to join our busy studio team.

Working across all commercial areas including room sets, product, modelled fashion and mannequin photography this is a varied role suiting an experienced studio photographer.

You will need to be comfortable shooting tethered and using Capture One, as well as a full range of studio lighting.

The ability to understand and follow briefs closely, recreating consistent looks and styling is key, along with being hard working, confident and outgoing.

We work closely with our clients, and this is often a client facing role. Being creative, a great communicator and people person is very important, as is the ability to think on your feet and represent Prodoto values in a professional way.

Experience of shooting video as well as stills is an advantage, but not essential. However, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years commercial studio experience.

Working under the guidance of the Photography Manager, and broader studio Senior Management, you will be a key member of our photography team.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, and based at our Studio in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. Some location shooting is necessary, so a clean driving licence is required.

IT literacy is a must, you will be working with our in-house system for your work schedule and job information and Google Docs for shoot lists and file naming.
