Process

It is no secret that roomsets are not the easiest projects to manage. Fortunately, Prodoto have the key to success, with a dedicated team of account handlers, photographers, assistants and mac operators. The team are behind your project every step of the way, and it is plain to see why Prodoto’s room sets have been a hit with some very high profile clients.

Below is the process that the Prodoto crew undergo to ensure that you get the absolute best service and quality room set photography.

  1. The First Step – One of our Account Managers will have a chat with you to discuss particulars such as timescales, styling, lighting, budget and turnaround. This will then be taken into account as you receive a no obligation quote from the bespoke Prodoto computer system.

  2. Booking-In – A shoot and production slot will be allocated to suit your timescales, and arrangements made for transportation of your items, props and materials.

  3. Pre-Shoot Preparations – Your account handler will liaise with you in the run-up to the shoot to make arrangements for set builds, stylists and scheduling, ensuring at all times that you are kept in the loop about the progress of your build.

  4. The Shoot – Our expert room set photographer will then begin photographing your project, working along side a stylist a representative from your company, be they a colleague or yourself!

  5. Finishing Touches – Your images are then taken through the in-house post production process, where the finishing touches and quality control checks are made. All images are supplied ready for print and web use.

  6. Download Images – You will then be issued a unique client access code, which will allow you to view and download your images direct from our website. A CD containing hi-res, low-res and tiff images will also be dispatched.
