Experienced Commercial Photographer


We are looking for a mid-level photographer to join our busy studio team.

Working across all commercial areas including room sets, product, modelled fashion and mannequin photography this is a varied role suiting an experienced studio photographer.

You will need to be comfortable shooting tethered and using Capture One, as well as a full range of studio lighting.

The ability to understand and follow briefs closely, recreating consistent looks and styling is key, along with being hard working, confident and outgoing.

We work closely with our clients, and this is often a client facing role. Being creative, a great communicator and people person is very important, as is the ability to think on your feet and represent Prodoto values in a professional way.

Experience of shooting video as well as stills is an advantage, but not essential. However, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years commercial studio experience.

Working under the guidance of the Photography Manager, and broader studio Senior Management, you will be a key member of our photography team.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, and based at our Studio in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. Some location shooting is necessary, so a clean driving licence is required.

IT literacy is a must, you will be working with our in-house system for your work schedule and job information and Google Docs for shoot lists and file naming.

Goods Inwards Manager


We have an opportunity for an experienced Manager to join the Prodoto Team. You will be running our existing Goods Inwards department who are a vital support to the efficient functioning of the studio.

This will be a varied role responsible for receiving and checking product in and out. Organising product to be prepared ready for shoots, and ensuring it is in the right place at the right time across our multiple studio spaces.

You will be a key player central to the studio operation. Good organisation, communication and management skills are essential along with a confident, friendly and personable manner.

About The Role:

You will need to become familiar with our scheduling system to understand priorities for stock preparation, and be able to use Google Docs and excel spreadsheets to assist efficient stock management.

Liaising with the Production department, you will need to be fully aware of all upcoming shoot requirements.

Care and attention to detail is vital in ensuring our clients products are safe in our hands.

Maintaining high levels of safety standards at all times, whilst working closely and collaboratively with all other teams.

You will be managing a small team to complete tasks such as:

- Loading and unloading vehicles. This is physically demanding and requires knowledge of health and safety practices involved with manual handling.

- Stock preparation in line with client requirements; which includes steaming garments using handheld steamers, preparing products and building flat pack furniture.

- Preparing stock for return, packing neatly and checking out to ensure all stock is accounted for.

- Arranging stock collection and return using our fleet of studio vans in line with client needs.

- Stock movement around the studio to ensure all photographers have what they need in time for their shoots. Returning stock to the Post Production department and back to Goods Outwards.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a positive, flexible approach, the ability to think on your feet, and be a highly organised multi-tasker who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

You should be comfortable working with numbers. IT and tech savvy.

Driving is an occasional part of the role so you will need to be able to drive a transit van and have a full clean driving licence.

Photography Shoot Co-ordinator


Prodoto are a busy commercial photography studio based in West Yorkshire.

We are looking for a well organised and highly skilled person to join our existing Production Team, taking responsibility for managing client jobs through the studio from brief to delivery.

This will be a challenging and varied role encompassing every aspect of photographic production. You will be co-ordinating projects from start to finish across photography & video shoots for a range of clients.

The role -

Receiving and understanding client briefs and communicating job details to the wider team

Preparing quotes and shoot schedules in line with business requirements

Maintaining the studio management system for client profiles, style guides and job details

Preparing clear and concise shoot documents and briefs for photography

Ensuring stock is received as expected and notifying clients of any discrepancies

Arranging castings, booking models & freelance resource as required

Communicating any amendments to the job with the relevant teams

Liaising with clients to gain timely feedback on current shoots where necessary

Ensuring final images are correct to client specifications and delivered on time

Confirming all job details are correct prior to invoicing

Attending meetings with clients and the management team as required

Maintaining close relationships with clients in a professional and friendly way

Being prepared to roll up your sleeves and muck in!


You -

Will need a flexible approach, a proven ability to creatively solve problems and be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Should be comfortable working with numbers. IT and tech savvy with strong technical skills across the board including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.

Will be using our bespoke studio management system, so need to be a fast learner.

Will be an excellent written and verbal communicator, with a right first-time mentality and a clear sense of commercial prioritisation.

Ideally you will have an understanding of commercial photography and video production services, but this is not essential.

Working under the guidance of the Head of Production, and in close communication with the studio Senior Management Team, you will be a key player in maintaining the public face of Prodoto.

Junior Commercial Photographer


We are looking for a junior photographer to join our busy studio fashion team. Working with big name brands, creatively styled on mannequin, models and flat lays.

Ideally you will be a graduate from University or College in a photography or fashion related discipline, with a strong portfolio to illustrate your talents.

You will need to be hard working, confident and outgoing, creative and great with people, as we work very closely with our clients.

Full training will be given, but a flair for styling clothing and a good eye for lighting is essential.

You will need to be able to follow briefs closely and recreate consistent looks and styling time after time.

IT literacy is a must, you will be working with our in-house tracking systems for your work schedule, job information and file naming.

Familiarity with Photoshop, Capture One and studio lighting is an advantage.

We are now recruiting for experienced ecommerce Image retouchers to join our Post Production team to be employed on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for skilled Mac workers to develop within our business, working with big brands and producing a varied range of incredible imagery.

About You:

You will have excellent Photoshop knowledge and experience within a modern, dynamic and creative workplace.

The role will include the manipulation and finishing of photographs and artwork by use of Photoshop and other applicable software.

Experience of 'invisible mannequin' is Essential for this role.

Working to deadlines within our growing post production team and reporting directly to the Post Production Manager, you will be competent and responsible in the following:

Image Retouching/enhancing /manipulation

Creating Invisible Mannequin Images

Clipping paths

Image clean-up

Colour correction

Resizing

Image naming

Creating Photoshop actions

Ensuring that daily targets are met and reported

Experience of video editing would also be an advantage.

Salary Dependent on Experience
