With large volumes of product from hundreds of different clients moving through the studio every month, keeping track of everything is vital and caring for our client’s product is paramount.

All Part Of The Service

Clients in our catchment area of the Leeds – Manchester corridor can take advantage of our fleet of vans to collect product and transport it safely to the studio.

Large or bulky items can be catered for, as well as fully laden garment rails. We will return product at the end of your shoot in the same way, allowing you to relax knowing exactly when your delivery will be.

On the road daily, it is likely we are in your area soon. So why not take advantage of this element of our service and remove the uncertainty of postal delivery?

Making A List, Checking It Twice

Our studio systems are supported by shared documents to track each job from the minute it is booked in.

When your stock arrives with us, the first process is to check the delivery against the shot list from Production. Any missing items are flagged so that you can be notified straight away.

The stock is logged onto our studio management system “Focal Point” and you will receive an automated email letting you know it has been received.

Ready For Your Close Up?

Garments need steaming, shoes need lacing. Bags need stuffing and furniture assembling. No matter what your product needs to get it camera ready, our team will make sure it is looking its best and meets your specifications.

Smooth Running Shoots

Before delivering product to the studio and photography, your product is organised into shoot order to maximise efficiency. Garments are identified with a red cube to show that they are ready. Once shot, the cube is removed to easily identify anything that has been missed.

Every rail or rack of product is labelled with a tag detailing client name and job number, so nothing gets mixed, muddled or misplaced.

Check It Out

That’s it, your shoot is complete, and your images have been delivered. Now all that remains is for your product to be returned to you.

Your products are carefully repacked including any original packaging and labelling, checking each item out on the shot list to make sure everything is accounted for.

If we are returning using our vans, we will agree a convenient time to drop off with you. Alternatively, your stock can be returned by our nominated courier, or you can arrange collection by your courier of choice.

Safe In Our Hands

We understand how precious your products are, and that many of the pieces that come in for your shoot may be your only samples. Trust in our team to take good care of them, and to get everything back to you quickly and safely.
